1. Who we are

Supremo is a Shopify inventory management application operated by Sixthshop.com. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to Sixthshop.com. You can contact us at support@getsupremo.com.

2. What data we collect

When you use the Supremo Shopify app

• Shopify store data required for the app to function: products, variants, inventory levels, orders, vendors, and locations — accessed via Shopify's official API with your permission.
• Your store's Shopify domain and admin email address.
• Purchase orders, stock transfers, and stocktake records you create inside Supremo.

When you visit getsupremo.com

• Anonymous usage data collected via Google Analytics 4 (page views, session duration, country — no personally identifiable information).
• Email address, if you voluntarily submit it via a form on this site (e.g. to receive a downloadable resource).

3. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the Supremo app and its features.
• To send you product updates or support responses, only when you have contacted us or opted in.
• To understand how visitors use getsupremo.com so we can improve it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data storage and security

App data is stored on servers located within the European Union or United States, depending on infrastructure availability. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your Shopify store data is governed by Shopify's Partner Program policies and requires your explicit OAuth approval.

5. Data retention

We retain your store data for as long as the Supremo app is installed in your Shopify store. When you uninstall Supremo, we delete your store's data within 30 days. Email addresses submitted via getsupremo.com forms are retained until you request removal.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@getsupremo.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

getsupremo.com uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. These cookies do not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

8. Third-party services

• Shopify — the platform on which the Supremo app operates. Subject to Shopify's own privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous website analytics. Subject to Google's privacy policy.

9. Children's privacy

Supremo is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of Supremo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
